I honestly just think it has to do with proximity and luck. My two closest friends are both 5'7" and they're both married to decent looking women and one has a kid. Their wives don't really have any female friends though. The one has 2 female friends that are also both married. The other doesn't really have any female friends.
When I was getting the most attention I was 6'3" 155 pounds. But, I was also partying almost every weekend. Once I got to my mid-20s, the attention started falling away. That's also when I stopped partying, started exercising and really started focusing on self-education, especially in Economics and Finance, but also Technology too.
In my late 20s to now, I'm 6'3" 185 pounds with a visible 6-pack. Somehow when I shaved my hair really short I started getting more attention again.
All I'm saying is, my entire life experiences completely fly in the face of redpill/blackpill ideology. I had less women attracted to me when I was fit and I had more women attracted to me when I started shaving my head. More of them started being attracted to me when I started wearing baggy cargo pants instead of jeans.
