fair, and yeah the high LOVE may have that effect. especially since he's now LV 20 afterwards. I dont imagine he could live a happy life at LV 20 at that point but I guess he didn't jump into the mountain to become happy.
Tonally the genocide route in yellows biggest problem is that the pacifist route is not a good ending on its own accord. undertales world really plays with the "walk not the middle path" and so the only two endings that had a noncannon clover living should have been both pacifist and genocide, with maybe a bit more variety in how the neutral runs go.
