I've had this before. Currently I have the opposite because it is my excuse from being involved in "broken shit we can't fix" that is our world. I can only influence those around me and those I care for as positively as I can without being some kind of social media fag.
If you want real advice, you'll need to find something that fulfills you spiritually. Read a novel (or a bible), practice an instrument, do something creative with your hands (and mind), build or fix something, learn a new skill. Having a girlfriend helps, but ultimately, you need something for yourself. Exercising is a good way of tiring you out and feeling accomplished, even if it was shitty. If you're social, find somewhere for comradery in person, like mma training, hiking, church groups, classes that teach you something, sports, hell even board games if that's good enough.
