Called the bank to clear things on my end. But now it seems like the problem is on ~their~ end since my bank was overzealous and declined my card one to many times. So I'll get a new card issued and try that. Or be forced to download it on my phone and make attempt to purchase via Google Play. And it's more of a headache than it's worth? These chinks need to sort this shit out soon because it's going to obviously impact their bottom line.
