I think the biggest mistake of this heel turn was making him go heel on the crowd. Should have just been anti-hero Cena. His justification for turning never made sense because he's been showered in love and cheers for several years now. Every promo was him eviscerating the audience as they cheered and chanted cringe shit like "we are sorry". Just made the whole thing feel goofy and very forced.

I've seen a lot of interviews of her and she's seems so incredibly annoying. It could just be her british accent but she genuinely seems insufferable.
Her music is alright though.
