Fair point on DMK (mainly given we already saw he's a skin sadly), but I do feel like the Mages have a shot, Sakurai's done alts that change the model and name of the character selected before (see Olimar n Alph, or Bowser Jr. and the Koopalings) so that could work for the Mages. Altough, now that you mention it, yeah I do guess Hyness being the main rider would be more practical.
