I'm basically the same besides a friend of mine who I lived with who isn't strictly "my age" but like 5 years older. Not so far off it's unreasonable. I've also less frequently spoken to some of her friends or other random encounters.
All they do is tell me it's a shame I haven't found anyone as they think I'd be a good partner (but never for them, obviously).
