The fact that short trading lets you start a trade by giving up cash is beyond broken. They were getting high on their own supply and I think the entire system is now hopelessly broken. All that is left is to watch Wallstreet go on a crime spree for the next six million years to cover it up. I'm not even joking when I say to invest in precious metals. The banks (where we store our money), Wallstreet (where we keep our savings and investments) Insurance (who funds our benefits) the governemnt (driver of the economy) are all hopelessly bankrupt. And there is no way around the fact that the IOUs piling up are 100% going to force the Fed to destroy the dollar. There is no way to maintain the integrity of the Treasury market and the banks, wallstreet and insurance will all implode along with the bonds. The debts are piling up and of course it makes sense that short selling is running rampant. All that is left to do is STEAL!
Is there some magical balance of inflation and can kicking that can help keep some normalcy while the government defaults on its debts. Maybe. I'm going to be sure to be on the back-foot regardless what happens because this whole financial economy is rotten to the core. The idea we will all be driving around in lambos like a bunch of retired boomers is nonsense. I don't think they will let the tax-cattle draw down against the ponzi if it means everything else gets blown out.
Don't be a second too late to the precious metal game because whatever they decide to do, once it is announced, it could be too late to act. Place your bets accordingly because there will be no takebacks.
