wow this show is actually garbage.
I knew it would be bad when I saw the journos shill-score on metacritic but what the fuck...
There is literally 0 tension in a fucking HORROR show, let alone a Alien one.
The flashbacks of the classic "spaceship scenario" was an interesting subvertation opener which instantly devolved into schlock by the end of episode 1 when the dollar store guy-in-a-suit xenomorph assaulted Busty Pajeeta and Niggabot in plain fucking view.
Then episode 2 starts with the camera already playing peek-a-book with xenos while one character quips "Foreign ? No, Alien" to another, jesus fucking christ...
Yet again the writers seems to hate the og material because the only interresting thing is the childsoldiers bots made by the T.Chalamet/J.Heisenberg hybrid and the trifecta of immortality solutions via opposing corpos.
But then why not make a new show entirely about that instead of using fucking Alien universe for zero reason?
