So here's the deal with Jeets, coming from a former Microsoft employee in Bellevue.
Once they get into a position where they're allowed to hire other people, they only hire from their hometown region and caste or above, then if they can't do that they only hire from their caste or above, then if they can't do that they only hire other jeets of any type available.
HR knows this and once they've only chosen jeets for the last 5-6 hires, HR comes and talks with them, they hire a shaniqua or blue haired girl or some other minority then go back to hiring only jeets.
