Should I train upper body or lower?
I'm a guy with a toned bubble butt , big legs and thin upper body, but I'm becoming bald and very hairy everywhere and looking like a girl is becoming a bit pointless.

if you're new, I suggest starting off light until you're comfortable with the squatting form and so on
but for the physiques discussed ITT - more focus on leg days and less on upper body
and in the end, the 2D pics will almost never be possible irl
