Flat, you're only allowed to see about 30% of the available view. Wxample is palworld flat vs vr (with maybe 50% of captured fov due to how quest captures recordings)

Vr gaming yes it's realistic. Not in looks but in how you react to everything. When it comes to fps there's just no going back to controller. Outside of fps it's more about being able to see everything and everything being life sized to the point that even playing on a big screen tv will feel like your playing on a mobile screen (webm relevant, flat screen size vs vr "screen" size)

Vr porn also yes

For actual vr porn (video) the catch is you need the full res 8k copy. Which sucks to aquire plus most of the res is wasted on dead space. Personally I prefer regular aspect ratio vids converted into 3d even if it's only 720 p the conversion feels like it upscales it plus you can actually upscale it yourself. I do it free with iw3 but most people need a handholding program so I point them towards owl3d which is literally drag n drop. And runs locally so no cloud converter can tell you no cause it detects naked people.

But as of now I convert EVERYTHING before I actually watch it.

The converters are also super good (better) with anime
