Also please bear in mind that, at least in a lot of /vg/ threads, whenever you see frothing at the mouth over males, it's usually some discord autists working so very hard to shit up the communities. You'll see them frequently in /gig/ and /wuwa/ but they pop up from time to time in other generals like /r1999/ and even here to shitpost with some twitter concern trolling or reddit posts about males or sales or whatever.

Reminder that screencaps of concern posting over anything, males, sales numbers, random opinions of whoever, are a coordinated Discord raid to sow dissent and make the general unusable. You can recognize them by the signature perfectly cropped pic, an inane reply to something completely unrelated as to avoid reports and, most importantly, replies to themselves that usually lack proper punctuation and play both sides in the span of a few minutes. They also generally attack whoever calls them out.
