they should have made the lower jaw of the big red skull be its actual jaw and the helmet should have been an actual helmet and not a toilet seat hood

Pokemon fans are too passive. If you want the Pokemon company to change, make a stink about things. Directly spam them, or get the VGC champion to talk shit about their new character designs or business model after winning. By being complacent, you're just asking for them to keep walking on you. Other fandoms get companies to change stuff all the time, this shouldn't be any different. If you're afraid to you'll be overshadowed by the slop-eating supporter drones, THEN BE MORE VOCAL THAN THEM.
