That would require them to invent new tech ("Hammer of Olympia”) to fight unique problems others couldn't solve (HH1) and be very efficient at achieving 100% extermination with favorable Kill-Death ratios at the expense of munitions consumption (HH1). Even the few Thousand Sons numerologists and Order of Ruin would thrive like that. I assume TS and IW were friendly to each other because of that.
