/pol/ - HAPPENING!!!!! DONALD TRUMP TO ESTABLISH "THE GREAT AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY"
Anonymous United States No.512659793

>we dont need to keep inflating fucking prices of boomer homes we need boomers to fucking eat shit and crash their fucking asset prices
> boomers
You spelled Jews wrong.
The entire generational warfare shit to redirect blame on to boomers/genx/millenials/zoomers/etc instead of the very few wealthy people controlling the economy is 100% a kiked psyop.

If you want to be able to afford a house, you need a low mortgage rate AND you need a housing market that is not inflated due to shortage from mass immigration and Wall Street buying all the houses and leaving them vacant.

There are 16 million houses vacant in the US right now owned by banks and wall street funds. The purpose is to keep the housing prices high. And keep the goyim in rentals.

>What would happen if a business has a bunch of empty rental properties that were burned to the ground? That probably wouldn't make them very happy.
Chek'd adolf. Property ownership is public record. I don't think they would be happy about that. It might crash their fund.

They would also hat it if laws were passed heavily taxing multiple single family housing ownership.

>It's angry flippers and pissy corporations that are realizing that even if interest rates go down they will have to fire sale in order to fit the budgets of new buyers
This. It's also why the Fed refuses to lower interest rates. Their buddies at Blackrock and Blackstone will get hurt if they have to sell at a loss.
