Just take things slow and dont feel like you need to rush playing games
It took me 3+ months to beat AC2AA, about a month or less for AC3, and I just finished SL today and it took about a week or two
Even if you have other obligations like school or hobby stuff you enjoy working on, treat games as another thing to use time on rather then something you HAVE to do

It's called having realistic expectations. But I'd be pleasantly surprised if it turned out good. The same doomsayers said that Armored Core 6 would be bad because muh turn speed. Yet that game blew away all the doomers.

Prime 4 could be a good game, but it waits to be seen.

I would once again like to thank our dear friends in the Souls community for buying up tons of Dark Souls sequels, thus funding Armored Core 6 and all subsequent sequels.

Armored Core 2 was, and still is, a better mech game than 90% of the trash out there, from Xenoblade X to Gundam to Mechwarrior.

As it turns out none of that is needed to make a good mech game.

Terraria is an objectively better open world than Breath of the Wild, Tears of the Kingdom, Red Dead Redemption, The Witcher, and Crysis combined.
