I've a C7 Kutum on me. If we assume 2.5mil per stone, that's around ~55bil before considering another PEN offhand to acquire and pump. Admittedly I haven't tried using Dehkia's Lantern yet, but I would assume the best Caphras spots would be pretty active with people thinking the same thing. Don't know if I want to try taking the Godr-Ayed path or tapping another Blackstar, the Cron cost is effectively the same if the anvil force-enhances to PEN on either.

My only guess are people who really like dwarves/squats. The design language for a lot of their infantry units is all over the place and they barely have lore. Like Jesus, just pick one and make it cool.
