Running on the 30/40/20/10 distribution as in Battleforce. So do a "dice+2d1000" with the first die being your weight and second being the vehicle you get.
1-300 = Light
301-700 = Medium
701-900 = Heavy
901+ = Assault
Ghosts (Comstar) 2x Mech Level II's - use the Star League Regular Army 2750, mechs only.
12 slots
Ghouls (Pirates) 1x Combined Arms Company - use Mercenary/Periphery General 3028 either mechs or vehicles**
12 slots
**vehicle rolls have been given a modifier for skill dies this occasion just to give them more of a chance if some mad anons decide to go for them.
>How do I determine skill?
See attached. Roll a "dice+4d6" with first two being added up to determine experience with the third being gunnery skill and fourth being piloting skill.
**for vehicles apply a +2 modifier to skill dies, so for example say you roll your 4d6 and get 2, 5, 2, 5, first two means you've got a regular but you add a +2 to each of the skill dies so, 2+2 = gunnery 4 and 5+2 = piloting 3
>Rerolls?
Yes for skill but only one and you have to keep the result meaning you can in fact roll worse!
>Will there be balance applied?
Not really no, this is mainly done for fun with the randomness meant to make things more interesting.
>I'm a namefag can I join?
No. Aim is to keep things focused on the characters anons create, not the anons themselves.
>When does this start?
My intention was to aim for Halloween itself but due to time commitments its likely going to be next weekend.
>How does this run?
I'll be using megamek and princess AI on a random 34x32 map size for practicality reasons. As entertaining as it would be renting a hall and flying anons halfway across the world for a real match I don't have the time nor the resources for such a thing.
