Calorie deficit is literally all that matters. It’s not complicated, just hard, so stop bargaining with it to try to make it easier. It will always be hard. You could eat an insane volume of shredded lettuce and you’d still be hungry. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable or just admit that you don’t actually want it that bad. But stop asking stupid questions you already know the answer to.
