Expeditons Vikings and Rome. In Vikings both female romances give you kids, though one is clearly better than the other. In Rome you have kids with the tomboy and Cleopatra, sadly you no kids with the muscle girl on the left though. There's also BG2 with Aerie and her infamous baby, also Viconia but that ending is depressing.
