Like we were discussing yesterday, Waltz is character assassination for sure for Dukat but it's character assassination KINO with some of the best performances of the series acting wise.
Alaimo is great. You feel bad for him even as he reveals he's a complete maniac and that's a credit to his performance as Dukat.
