I'll grant you harridans, they've got something unique going for them. The rest of the army is still just bedsheets with different weapons (don't get me wrong I really like said bedsheets). I just wish they got some stuff with a different silhouette to set them apart. Haunted suits of armor, several ghosts melded together, ghastly angels (some inspiration from picrel), shit like that.

Olynder, reikenor and kurdoss. They're on the smaller side but they're still characters with unique stuff going on that makes them instantly recognizable and stamd out from the rest of the army. I want some of that but for your basic 10 man infantry squad.
