Yeah, it's almost as though when people get older an their life situations change (children move out, retire, downsize for ease of maintenance) AND they are established with careers/savings/equity, they try to buy houses that are more appropriate to their needs.
Whatever you losers do, don't go learn useful skills and get jobs though. Just cry on social media and eventually daddy government will come make sure you all have as much toys as the other kids.
