Only if you have the skeletal frame. Most people dont, sticking to 3 or 3.5 will prevent you from looking fat due to muscles having more overlap and less separation.

When women say they like /fit/ and athletic men they mean right, not Roid monsters like left who look absolutely disgusting. Being lean and having some upper body development is all you need.

holy shit never train lats bros... we cant stop winning. Just look at this unaesthetic chud destroying the beauty of this mountain range by posing with his disgusting overdeveloped low-inserted lats. Seriously, Bro is bodyDESTROYING his aesthetics harder than last time by building unaesthetic tumors in the wrong places. he needs to GBTM (go by the mirror) and stop bodyBUILDING! never train lats FTW

ive been a big advocate of never train lats theory. theyre big unaesthetic muscles that make you look like a cobra and also assist in internally rotating your arm and ruining your posture at rest. lats should be one of the least developed muscle in my opinion. Obviously some physiques need a little more lats than other but everyone needs to go by the mirror.

You need to BODYSCULPTING instead of body"building" unaesthetic tumors in the wrong places
