Porsche is a great brand, but ultimately everything is slower than an EV from a dig. We are the last generation who will enjoy the roar of an ICE, and you can expect levels of cope that shouldn't even be possible in 10-20 years when the next generation who grew up with EVs looks at ICE classics and says "lul slower than traffic."

We're going to be old boomers talking about how EVs have no soul while dishing out a significant portion of our retirement to drive some v12 that sounds amazing, looks cool, and can't even compete with a $30,000 NPCmobile on a single performance metric.

...I test drove an M8 comp. It's actually good. Handles really well, insanely fast, genuinely comfortable, thoughtfully designed interior that doesn't creak, rattle, and buzz like my American shit, and the back seats on the GC have more headroom than I expected. I really, really like this car. Fuck.
