The premise of Epoch is just that good. The answer to Classic + is right under everyone's nose. TBC/WOTLK may be atrocious additions to the game, they still did a pretty good job in terms of class design and identity. You just have to add content to Vanilla that doesn't make what's already there irrelevant and voilà.
