Not really a great solution but I just ate a lot of cheap processed goyslop
I had oatmeal with a scoop of whey protien and peanut butter and a bannana every morning which is cheap and healthy
Usually for dinner/lunch:
Cans of soup
Ramen
Tuna/chicken canned
Bread
