I'm making a demonslayer ranger in wrath, I'm probably going str based, but is TWF still viable that way? I know that the ranger can bypass the TWF feat requirements.

I don't get it either but like I imagined it would be a little more graceful with the winding down compared to this shitshow. TWW3 is gonna have a final DLC though. They aren't gonna keep working on it and whatever upcoming games are being made at the same time.
But I'm fine with the game having no more DLC.
