literally just take any identifying information off of them, drive them way out into the woods or mountains and throw their body over the cliff.
it's seriously that easy. unless someone finds the body it didn't happen. just put it where someone isn't going to find the body for a while. that means anywhere, and i mean ANYWHERE a person doesn't go. think about how many places there are where a person hasn't gone in a while.
