This thing is fascinating desu
It's probably just an interstellar rock but it's got some seriously odd things going on.
One of the reasons why it's behaving so "strangely" could simply be due to the fact we've only observed 3 of these types of objects so far, and they have all been "strange" but probably not alien tech (but also we're not sure yknow)
The fact is we won't know for sure if it actually has artificial propulsion until the end of October when it hits it's perihelion. If it shifts orbit at that point we are 100% dealing with extraterrestrials. Until that point though all of the anomalies could be explained away be various non technological factors. The pro-solar tail could just be a dust cloud that is going ahead of the comet, the brightness thing could just be a ton of material being ejected because this object has never passed this close to another star before so has a lot of frozen CO2 to eject. The makeup of the gasses is strange as well but again this is only the 3rd type of this object we've seen so maybe it's just normal for these things.
The direction being the same as the WOW! signal is pretty meaningless considering the vastness of space but it is an eyebrow raising coincidence. I think it's a bit stranger that we haven't gotten access to the JWST images yet but again that could be for a variety of reasons (maybe the images it took just weren't very good or who knows)
Regardless this is something to keep an eye on, but nothing we say about it will be anything more than speculation for the next 2 months so you're better off using this time doing something more productive and just check back in 2 more months.
