What do women generally expect from a man in terms of capital? For example, I almost never go on dates because I fear women won't like my apartment. I live in a studio apartment. Its not like rat tier small but its enough for me. I have a "Full Size" bed. A Futon. A TV etc. I keep it clean enough I think. Could use some dusting. My furniture isn't very nice I guess but its all suitable. I am mostly concerned about the bed situation. Do most women expect guys to have a queen sized bed or higher? My friend told me I care too much about dumb shit and that women will date you even if you had to eat off the floor or something. He basically said he was dating women and having sex with multiple women on a blow up mattress. Not sure how accurate that is but I sort of believe him because he has had multiple girlfriends over the years I have known him. I am 30 years old also which I don't know if women expect the man to have a house by now.

I could afford getting a loan and getting a house but the main reason I don't is because I'd rather have a girlfriend first. Never had one to begin with. What do you think. When it comes to having things, what do most women sort of expect out of a guy my age? Is what I have enough?
