Oda has been keeping his character reveals in the cut for the longest time, and sometimes BlackBeard says or does things that make me think he's actually, somehow, NOT bad.

Are people actually okay with DLC existing in SRW? So far it seems the majority of people talking about Y are 'hoping' "good" units are going to be in Y's DLC.
I mean, why would you hope for that?
Why wouldn't you instead be outraged that they skimp on the base game and backend all of the good stuff into DLC?
