Why can't I use all of my veterans as parents? I have like 16 B+ umas that completed the career but I can only use the same 8 umas for legacies?

That's a good spread, I would have Company of Heroes and Dawn is War as runner ups. Maybe Homeworld. Command and Conquer Tiberian Sun is also one of my favorites. SMAC is also somewhere up there. The top 10 I have are games I can play on an almost non-stop loop, though.
