A natural calamity (this could be made into something else or just a freak event) strikes as the group picks up the 2nd defense academy students, resulting in Kyoshika and Takumi getting separated from everyone else.
The two need to take a far longer route back on foot since the rest need to head back and reinforce the academy under Sirei's compulsion.
Tone of the route is Chanbara with both of them being each other's pillar through the bad. They could encounter various things like really fucked situations stemming from desperation of the locals, and struggle with trying to do "good" in really gray circumstances.
