>it was only Rob for trying to sever the nature of this show away from Gumball.
This makes me look forward to "The Rewrite" out of morbid curiosity, because it feels like the logical endpoint of this show's meta humour in relation to Rob - one where show proceeds to fall apart due to an ultimate crime against nature: a revision of show's script.
We already know that their world will collapse upon itself if Richard deviates from his role as a jobless stay-at-home dad, we already know that the show would jump the shark if it were to start revolving around someone else than Gumball, so it's also possible that the series might 'end' before being brought back alive by the movie simply because of Rob tinkering with its formula on a grand scale.

It's just on Hulu and Disney+.
Maybe international release that is due to arrive in a couple of months will finally get the hype going?

>forget
I'm trying to.
It's such a shitty piece of writing to explain away Richard's perpetual status as a NEET.
Him completing a single day of work is meant to have the same effect as the final goal of chief antagonist of Murder Drones and it just doesn't sit well with me.

>She paid his food, his clothes and their apartament.
AND she had to pay off his retarded spendings - like how he threw away their life savings to buy a dead star through some scam website. He is actively generating ungodly costs on top of everything else - in a normal world shit like this is a fast track to separation and divorce.

That's like the epitome of form over substance:
>We are out of ideas regarding our stories, so let's pad out remaining airtime with overly animated and pointless action
Even Uncle Grandpa showed more self-restraint, despite being completely balls-to-the-wall.
