I moved out at 24 and quit my sales gig the same month, had a 6 month first NEETdom and somehow got a better job. Lasted 3 months cause the job was fake basically like actual Severance shit, not a real gig it drove me nuts but the money was good, quit and was in restaurant hell for 3 years now. Periods of 6-8 months of joblessness
You don't even enjoy the gaming, you watch all your friends earn more and then gain ego with their new positions and authority, you get left behind as your mashing A or shooting another mob. You look in the mirror and maybe that drinking and smoking has taken it's toll on your skin and weight, NEETdom is hard, because breaking back out into a "normal" job or even low skill work is so mind numbing at first compared to the raw freedom NEET gives. But it's raw, and I'm tired of being fucked by my own freedom and indecisiveness.
This past year has been better than the last 4 because I moved back home, stacked cash delivering pizzas, stopped gooning, got shredded, and played Nightreign. Basically just control your sex drive (impossible if NEET nearly btw so forgive yourself a bit) and eat cleanly and you can begin to crawl out. I make OK money in a free living situation, it won't last forever neither will your NEET circumstances and at some point it might be 19, 26, or 39 but you'll change and take care of yourself. I did.
