That angle+trajectory is bullshit but mortars have been a thing for a long time in reality. Having them as a feature in a game isn't the problem, having them without a counter is. There should be interceptor mortars/artillery available or at the very least have their decent take a little bit so it's not a certain death sentence.

>If you downplay Cuba that just shows you complete ignorance about this region.
Well commies there did service the failed US bay of pigs revolution so fair enough, maybe we shouldn't underestimate the Cigar salesmen. But if they interfere in defending Guyana from Maduro's hypothetical land grab the actual US army and navy would steamroll the Cubans, CIAniggers and cartels can stay on the bench this time.

Also side note did they ever figure out if that sonic weapon that was being used to give diplomats the worse headaches you've ever had in their whole life? Was that Russia or China testing some shit out?

>in light of Georgia
To be fair Ukraine as a buffer state is far more important to all of Europe, more than some ultimately irrelevant post Soviet Rump state in the Caucuses/Central Asia. So if Ukraine ever does get over run and fully occupied (doubt it but let's imagine for a second) rather than it being a perpetual stalemate then I suspect there to actually be global panic if Russia was to secure the Suwalki Gap because you can bet Russia would be eye balling the Baltic's and Transnistria an Moldova next, even if Russia does stop there you certainly couldn't blame Europe from being paranoid in such a hypothetical situation.

Georgia has little strategic significance by comparison.

>Damn. How did they get so good at smoking russian soldiers?
Practice wrecking the French till they rage quit prior. I wonder how long Wagner will stay till they also inevitably give up propping up Mali's failed house of cards government. I'm sure they'd try to cart away some gold an uranium before that but by the time they reach a coastline or send it back to Russia via cargo plane and burn all that fuel going back to the other side of the world the supposed gains will be greatly over shadowed by their loss of combat experienced life and material.

Honestly I can't help but wonder what compelled them to go dick first into what is essentially Frances Afghanistan experience thinking it would magically go better for them.
