You realize a lot of those "how"s are just headcanon with a little canon sprinkled in there. Also I absolutely 100% disagree with your argument about there not being enough prequel content for a full season, murder drones has so much untapped potential it's insane, one obvious example is that we technically haven't even left the outpost, let alone the planet (not including the manor although that could be explored more too). Just imagine what we could find out about JCJENSON for example, or life on earth in the 3000s? Or other colonies/planets, etc etc etc.
