10gb 3080 and a 10900k

Refunded, could not reach a stable 60 fps at 1080p even on medium or low. Once I got to the actual open world, it was stuttering and just unplayable. If it was another genre of game, I might deal with it but Borderlands with a shitty framerate? No.

It's not awful or unwatchable or anything but it's definitely among TNG's weaker two-parters. There's nothing hateful about saying that.
