Story is still some of the worst writing CD Projekt red has ever put out despite the many changes and expansions.
Quality of life is improved enough to where you almost never see bugs.
Gameplay overhaul was admittably significant enough to make exploring and side content fun. You get a large variety of weapons and fight styles, and the new side missions have some creative design choices too.
