You unironically need to lose your lane fast, so your Support will roam and leave you bot lane while you freeze and farm the wave closer to the T2 turret.
Or just ping them a lot to make them go in, while also positioning yourself aggressively if that's what you want to do.

That's Supports though.
ADCs are "cry babies" for very good reason - everyone on the team is working against them in a lot of games. You really should play at least 100 games as one to understand how much Support players often grief the lane.
A Tank Support also makes the lane very free if the ADC doesn't push. Enchanter Supports require the ADC to be good at the game, while Tanks will lower the skill required to win the game. Enchanters also generally just stand behind, and offer nothing in the lane in low elo. They don't poke, they don't use their health as resources, they have an ego for standing two screens back somehow.

It's me, I was the problem we lost lane...
I just need to learn how to 1v3 bot lane somehow, and not tilt...
