Where are the FREE APOLOGY outfits they promised? I have chapter 4 and 5 ( i think) left and I wanna play them in new WHORE outfits

Some non-Deluxe owners on Steam apparently still received the Deluxe items

So the devs promised to make it up to the "real" deluxe owners by giving out more outfits to deluxe owners and also some headgear for everyone

REMINDER: They will (at an unknown date) be giving out 3 outfits, 4 weapons, and 3 headgears as an apology and thanks to early adopters
