I just don't want to work for a pittance. As much as government claim it is a skills issue, the reality is these jobs are not attractive as the salaries have not risen competitively and people look in to these things more nowadays, being expected to get degrees etc beforehand, as opposed to being trained on the job. Do the gov really think people are stupid enough to pursue a vocation that takes years of training for a shit salary? Of course not, but they will say it is a skill issue as it is easier that way. I refuse to play the wagie game. That way I can not be exploited and support this shit system.
