My mom died last year driving across USA because some faggot pulled out in front and didn't see her coming. Not a trucker either. He didn't have insurance so my sister and I are stuck paying the hospital bills, or maybe I can try to sue him personally for the rest I dont know all the options. Insurance shouldn't be mandatory but getting into an accident with someone who isn't insured is a bitch. I need to go out of my way to take everything he's got but I don't really know how.
