It's assumed that Otr moved up in the TOC ranking because of this Iron Spirit power in chapter 11 and Sixten and Cholerio in chapters 12 and 13, lore and worldbuilding on spirits, and having an actual goal for it. The introduction of King Eight Hooves in chapter 14 might have garnered good ratings.
It's safe to say the EIC and editorial department are happy with the reader's positive reception of Otr.
