Cause after some of the dreams I've had and what I Know there's no way that at least some of it isn't pretty much a 1 to 1 depiction of True events. Would love to know if any of the actors were actually a Doctor themselves.. I won't pry tho... Spoilers ;D

Hard to say, some of it's real, some of it's smoke and mirrors designed to draw out the real, I dunno what the fuck is going on anymore, I'm going to just keep watching because if nothing else it's just all so damn fun to watch
