>start watching older series
>it's great, want to discuss it on /a/ but there may only be one thread per every few months at most and nothing is in the catalog
>search the archive for OPs that mention the title
>every single post I see: hey guys what was your reaction to episode 11 (or chapter 35 in the manga) at exactly 17:44 into the episode when it was revealed that the MC was actually dead the entire time and he was a ghost and when the kid said "I see dead people" he was also including Bruce Willis-senpai

Most recently I got kill la kill's twist spoiled for me by the archive. I get it: the statue of limitations on being mad about spoilers is at most 1 or 2 years after the air date, so really I can't complain too much, but still, why the fuck do you dicks feel the need to spoil the dogshit out of something in the OP? At least use spoiler tags you fucking faggots.

Are the degenerates gone?
Does anyone want to talk about being overworked so much you stop being tired and think about work 24/7?

I've asked this 100x times but I've never gotten a straight/acceptable answer:

Is there a privacy focused/FOSS way to setup home security? I'm talking about those closed source proprietary bullshit apps made by the same home security companies that get hacked every few years and a live feed of me making sandwiches is broadcast for Indians to jerk off to for God knows how long. Surely there must be a way, right? I want to be able to install security cameras watch my house, and also I can pull up live feeds on my phone so I can monitor it while not being at home. But I don't wanna use a close source system where I can't be certain someone has access to my recordings. I've looked on f-droid/github and it doesn't seem like anyone has come up with a solution. It's 2025, fossbros, common let's get this shit going.

Outer worlds 1 was the very worst game I've ever finished. It has no equal, it was the #1 worst by a wide mile. I kept on going hoping that it'd somehow improve; I actually really liked pillars of eternity, so I was hoping there'd be something redeemable about this dogshit. There's literally nothing. I liked nothing about the game. The combat, the weapons, the leveling/perk system, the characters, the setting, the writing, even the fucking UI. It was all so bland and sanitized and corporate; feels like a committee of 'gen z boss and a mini' type HR bitches came together to make this game. It was so bad that I instinctively pounced on some innocent anon who recommended 'the outer wilds' to me, and I got irrationally angry, only to find out I read his post wrong and he recommended a completely different game. I seriously can't imagine how they could improve from the first dogshit game. The series is irredeemable, just let it go, God damn.

Meh. My dad used to say "if you want friends you need to be a friend". You need to be the weird uncle if you want to be the weird uncle.
>Go to party
>Sit alone and expect the socialization to come to you
>Leave
vs
>Go to party
>Bring the most outrageous gift and some type of home made dish
>Teach the kids how to juggle
You could just have shit friends, but I'm assuming you're also in the first camp. Try to curb that and they'll come around.
>t. Uncle of 5 direct kids and 3 friend's kids
