What does it take exactly to get Falco's E turf to A by the start of the run? I know having 1 spark of any star number increases the rank by 1. Does it just take a certain number of grand/parents with turf? Is that number 4? But then I hear of Urara not being able to get from G to A before the run starts and assume that's not correct.
