I FUCKING hate Drapion. The thing looks so retarded. I hate how its arms come from its face, it looks like a purple party horn. Looking at that thing was the first time I thought "wow Pokemon designs are getting worse", how dare that accordion looking motherfucker erode my childhood excitement?! Luxray has also always looked really ugly to me. The patches of what I asume is short blue fur actually look like it's balding, it looks like it has a disease. Not helped by the fact it looks fucking anemic, the thing just looks like a cancer patient lion, I hate it. Regarding both Drapion and Luxray: trying to make something cool and menacing but fall flat in your face is way worse than straight up making a goofy-looking design from the start.
Other than that, a lack of cool bugs (minus Yanmega), the retarded ammount of chuuni legendaries and some questionable pre gen evos, the Sinnoh pokedex is okay. Maybe overhated. Most of the things I mentioned barely get in the way anyways.
